URGENT - UI/UX Instructor

Role Summary

The UI/UX Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in user interface and user experience design, equipping students with practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging lessons on UI/UX design principles and practices.
• Guide students through user research and usability testing techniques.
• Teach wireframing methods to help students create effective design blueprints.
• Provide hands-on training in Figma for design and prototyping tasks.
• Foster a learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.

Required Qualifications

• UI/UX design experience — demonstrated expertise in creating user-centered designs and solving design challenges.
• Teaching or training experience — proven ability to deliver educational content effectively and support student learning.
• Figma — advanced proficiency in using Figma for design and collaboration.
• User research and usability testing — solid understanding of research methods and usability evaluation processes.
• Wireframing — ability to create clear and functional wireframes for design projects.
• Teaching — strong instructional skills to simplify complex concepts and engage learners.

Nice to Have

• Clear communication and presentation skills — ability to articulate ideas and deliver presentations effectively.
• Prototyping — familiarity with creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate design functionality.
• Design systems — knowledge of developing and maintaining design systems for consistency across projects.

Location and Working Arrangement

This is a contractual position based in Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires on-site engagement with a flexible schedule as per training needs.
