Role Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment processes, and fostering positive employee relations to ensure organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes to attract top talent.
- Address employee relations matters and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Utilize ATS/HRIS platforms to streamline HR workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- HR Operations Leadership — demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize HR processes and systems.
- Recruitment and Hiring — proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Employee Relations — strong skills in resolving workplace issues and fostering employee engagement.
- ATS/HRIS Platforms — hands-on experience with HR technology for tracking and managing workforce data.
- Organizational Skills — ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- International Workforce Operations — experience managing HR processes across global teams.
- IT Services Experience — familiarity with HR practices in IT or tech-driven environments.
- Payroll — knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Performance Management — experience in designing and implementing performance review frameworks.

Location and Working Arrangement
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires on-site presence during standard working hours.
